Living with autonomic failure.

During the past 10 years, I experienced a gradual onset of pure autonomic failure. The disease has been disruptive and has affected many basic aspects of my life, such as my ability to walk, sleep and have sexual intercourse. Various medical and non-medical treatments have improved my functioning, although problems remain.
