Abstract
I describe a nematic liquid-crystal spatial light modulator that can be used as a high-precision wave-front control device. I present results showing the open-loop correction of wave-front aberrations and demonstrate wave-front shaping by the production and quantification of the first 15 significant Zernike terms.Year: 1997 PMID: 18250829 DOI: 10.1364/ao.36.001517
