Abstract
In this paper we report on the isolation and structural elucidation of two new noncontiguous polypropionates, micromelones A ( 10) and B ( 11), that have been isolated from the marine gastropod Micromelo undata. Their structures were determined through the interpretation of their spectroscopic data, and a biosynthetic pathway from a common linear precursor with other polypropionate groups has been proposed.Entities:
