Abstract
Intrathoracic enlarged lymph nodes in patients with malignant diseases always arouse suspicion of lymphatic metastases. Despite modern diagnostic investigation, surprising findings sometimes emerge. The present case of a young man with intrathoracic lesions in association with a germ-cell tumor of the testis turned out to have sarcoidosis mimicking testicular cancer relapse.Entities:
