Abstract
Desmoplastic fibroma is a primary bone tumour which occurs exceedingly rarely in the cranial bones. We report a histopathologically confirmed example in a 21 year old man with a painless swelling over the sagittal suture. In the light of our experience and reports of previous examples, we review the features of the condition and its management.Entities:
