Abstract
A 75-year-old Afro-Caribbean male presented with a non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography showed generally grossly dilated coronary arteries with a large lobular thrombus in the distal right coronary artery. We briefly review this case and discuss the definition, pathophysiology and treatment for coronary artery ectasia.Entities:
