Abstract

Accurate endocrine diagnosis depends on the integrity of laboratory determinations and appropriate interpretation of the test results in clinical context. This article will provide guidance to the pediatric endocrinologist and to the primary care provider in better understanding the selection and interpretation of laboratory tests.
