Abstract
Five pilomatricomas with anetodermic cutaneous changes and striae are presented. Pink to translucent, atrophic, scarlike skin that covers a typical pilomatricoma occurs most commonly in young women. Histopathologic examination showed an atrophic, edematous dermis with diminished, fragmented collagen fibers and absent elastic tissue.Entities:
