Abstract
We describe two practical issues regarding BCG vaccination that merit attention. These are time of scar formation after BCG vaccination and abortive reaction. Scar formation after vaccination may take 6 months or more. Babies showing abortive reaction after BCG reaction should be considered different from non-reactors. All health care providers and vaccinologists should be sensitized that abortive reaction is one of the local reactions after BCG vaccination.Mesh：
