Abstract
Tooth-filling antral rhinolithiasis is the phenomenon by which dental fillings are extruded into the maxillary sinus and are a source of infection. These fillings eventually become coated by salts of calcium and therefore form a stone. We describe a rare case in which the dental amalgam was eventually seen to cause osteomeatal complex obstruction after entering the sinus.Entities:
