Abstract
The expression and the role of vascular endothelial growth factor in human testes with varicocele were examined. Vascular endothelial growth factor expression was increased in testes with varicocele, and was inversely correlated with total motile sperm count and testicular volume, indicating that excessive vascular endothelial growth factor has harmful effects on spermatogenesis in testes with varicocele.Entities:
