Abstract
Acute type A aortic dissections are considered surgical emergencies because these patients are at risk for life-threatening complications. Patients who present with significant neurologic and other end-organ malperfusion may benefit from a more conservative approach. We present a patient with type A aortic dissection and concomitant mesenteric and limb ischemia.Entities:
