Abstract
Glomerular lesions in monoclonal gammapathies include AL amyloidosis, light chain and monoclonal immunoglobulin deposit disease (LCDD), cryoglobulinemias, Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia and a new entity, atypical membranous glomerulonephritis with organised monoclonal IgG deposits. Present data on deposited material of immunoglobulin origin and immunoglobulin synthesis in amyloidosis and LCDD are reviewed.Entities:
