Abstract

We report the case of a man with advanced prostate cancer who presented as an emergency with proptosis of his right eye. Cross-sectional imaging of his head confirmed the cause to be orbital metastases secondary to his prostate cancer. The patient responded well to treatment with dexamethasone and palliative orbital radiotherapy. (c) 2007 S. Karger AG, Basel.
