Abstract
Methanol is a potent toxic substance for the optic nerves. Even small amounts of ingested methanol can acute permanent neurological dysfunction and irreversible blindness. Methanol intoxication can cause severe visual dysfunction and death. We present a case of a 25 years old admitted to our clinic with bilateral optical atrophy after drinking eau de cologne.Entities:
