Abstract
On one hand the etiology of Alzheimer's disease (AD) always remains unknown, on the other hand, the associated lesions are described in a precise way. Two types of lesions are visible on patients' brains affected by AD, associated with a neuronal and synaptic loss: amyloid plaques and the neurofibrillar degeneration. Alzheimer's disease is a pathology putting even at the moment multiple questioning as for its etiopathogeny, which results credibly from several processes.Entities:
