Abstract
One million, two hundred and fifty thousand individuals were treated in one hundred and twenty-two clinics in New York City in 1913 for venereal disease, yet in most of these clinics one could not determine the results of such treatment. Mr. Platt in this paper criticizes the filing systems in general use in these clinics and suggests a remedy in the form of a cross indexing by diseases.Entities:
