Abstract
Infiltrative growing scalp tumors with alopecia areata may be a sign of malignancy elsewhere, for example metastasis of a malignant melanoma or breast cancer. We describe the clinical case of a 78-year-old woman with a scalp tumor as the first diagnostic sign of breast cancer.Entities:
