Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the case of a 62-year-old man, with spontaneous coronary dissection of the left circumflex artery, treated surgically by myocardial revascularization. The successfully accomplished surgery demonstrates, in this case, to be the only possible way of a cure.Entities:
