Abstract
Psoriatic arthritis (PA) occurs in about 30% of patients with psoriasis. Although polyneuropathy is described in association with many connective tissue diseases, it is rarely reported in the autoimmune dermatoses. We describe 3 patients with polyneuropathy associated with PA. The clinical and electrophysiologic features are consistent with a chronic distal symmetric sensorimotor axonal process. PA-associated neuropathy should be considered in the differential diagnosis of chronic length-dependent axonal polyneuropathies.Entities:
