Infantile myofibromatosis involving the choroid plexus.

Jeong Hyun Yoo1, Ramin M Naeini, Jill V Hunter.

Abstract

We present a case of infantile myofibromatosis manifest as a choroid plexus mass followed by spontaneous regression. Infantile myofibromatosis is a common juvenile fibrous disorder occurring in infancy and early childhood. Intracranial involvement in infantile myofibromatosis is rare. It generally occurs in the dura with calvarial invasion and secondary brain compression.
