Abstract
Herpes simplex virus ocular infections have been recognized as a major cause of corneal blindness in the developed world. The major signs of a primary infection are limited to the lids, conjunctiva, and cornea. Presence of a conjunctival dendrite without corneal involvement has been reported. Although conjunctival ulceration has been associated with recurrent attacks, it has not been documented as a manifestation of primary herpetic infection. We report a case of primary herpetic infection with geographic conjunctival ulcer with multiple corneal dendrites.Entities:
