Abstract
The sellar and suprasellar locations contain a variety of structures with complex anatomic relationships. A diverse group of pathologic processes can occur here. Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging is the modality of choice for evaluating this region. We discuss and illustrate these lesions and discuss the MR imaging features that are helpful in formulating an appropriate differential diagnosis.Mesh:
