Abstract
We report the case of a woman who developed chorea in her neck, trunk, and extremities soon after taking gabapentin as treatment for complex regional pain syndrome Type 1. The chorea lasted for a year and resolved completely within 2 weeks of discontinuing gabapentin.Entities:
