Abstract
The case of a fifteen year old girl with sudden onset of a psychotic illness thought to be related to marked hypothyroidism is reported. Apart from the age several features of this case warrant discussion and the value of screening for thyroid disease in psychotic illnesses is highlighted.Entities:
