Abstract
We report extensive nevus comedonicus in a female patient that involved half of her body entirely, with infected cystic lesions as well as typical scars, limited by the midline. The lesions worsened at the beginning of puberty. A brief review of the literature highlights the histopathologic, etiopathogenic, and therapeutic aspects.Entities:
