Abstract
Surgical treatment of the adult onset flatfoot deformity can be a vexing problem. This article attempts to define the specific patient population that may benefit from isolated talonavicular arthrodesis. The authors provide an overview of critical biomechanical and anatomic considerations that must be implemented when performing this procedure. The authors also provide a detailed description of surgical technique for isolated talonavicular arthrodesis.Entities:
