Abstract
Spontaneous umbilical drainage is an uncommon problem in the adult, for which various congenital or acquired conditions may be responsible. In this paper, we present 3 cases demonstrating an approach that avoids the need for expensive diagnostic imaging. A careful office exam and basic laparoscopic skills are all that is needed.
