Abstract
Gold particles have been formed in water-in-oil microemulsions doped with a photodestructible surfactant. UV light-induced nanoparticle flocculation has been achieved after photolysis of the photosurfactant, leading to a reduction in the steric stabilization provided by the surfactant layer.Entities:
