Abstract
We report on a series of alpha-substituted-beta-tetralin-derived and related phenethyl-based isoquinolinyl and hydroxynaphthyl ureas as potent antagonists of the human TRPV1 receptor. The synthesis and Structure-activity relationships (SAR) of the series are described.Entities:
