Abstract
We report the case of a 55-year-old female patient who underwent reoperation because of left ventricular to coronary sinus fistula following previous mitral valve replacement. The fistula was closed surgically with a patch of heterologous bovine pericardium. The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient is recovering well 12 months after the operation.Entities:
