Abstract
Occipital neuralgia is a very well recognized cause of posterior headache. Although hypoesthesia may be found in the individual occipital nerve's territory, the remaining neurologic exam is typically normal. An abnormal neurologic exam is an alert for potential underlying causes of symptoms.Entities:
