Abstract
Mobile aortic thrombosis is a relatively rare condition with a high morbidity particularly due to peripheral embolisation. The most frequent management is anticoagulant or surgical therapy but the number of cases reported is limited and therapeutic approaches are still not well established. We present a case of large multiple mobile pedunculated thrombosis in descending aorta treated by thrombolysis.Entities:
