Abstract
Even in endemic countries, the primitive pleural hydatid cyst is exceptionnal and it's very difficult to distinguish from other pleural and parietal cystic masses all the more the immunologic tests are negative. We report the case of a primitive pleural hydatid cyst diagnosed in 43 years old man. Throug this case, imaging features are emphasized.Entities:
