Abstract
Pseudo-Gaucher cells are morphologic curiosities described in a number of conditions. We report their presence in a bone marrow biopsy and a spleen from 2 patients with hemoglobin E disease and thalassemia intermedia, respectively. The pathogenesis of these cells and their multiple known associations are discussed.Entities:
