Abstract
Monoclonal antibodies with thoroughly characterized target specificities can be used as powerful probes of protein conformation. In addition to providing information on the relative arrangement of the domains in the native molecule, they can also be used to monitor both early and late stages of protein folding and conformational changes related to enzyme action.Mesh:
