Abstract
A case of spermatic cord liposarcoma is described in a 48-year-old man. Following local excision, the tumour recurred after 3 years, leading to funiculoorchiectomy. The case is presented, the literature reviewed and the role of ultrasound in the diagnosis discussed.Entities:
