Abstract
Intracavernous papaverine injection has gained widespread acceptance in the treatment of erectile impotence. The opposite problem--priapism--can be treated with the same technique using a vasoconstrictive drug such as adrenaline. We report on eight patients successfully treated for priapism by intracavernous injection of adrenaline.Entities:
