Transfedotr of Allergic Encephalomyelitis by Lymph Node Cells in Inbred Guinea Pigs.

S H Stone.

Abstract

Severe or lethal allergic encephalomyelitis was transferred between histocompatible guinea pigs by lymphoid cells capable of persistence in a viable state in the recipient. For optimum induction of passive disease, cells must be transferred before the day on which the disease becomes manifest in the donor.
