Abstract
Cubital tunnel syndrome is a clinical entity that has been described for more than a century. Numerous conservative and surgical treatments have evolved to address this condition, but a consensus has yet to emerge regarding optimal treatment. Evidence suggests a limited but potentially valuable role for in situ decompression of the ulnar nerve at the cubital tunnel. Future research will undoubtedly clarify this role and contribute to the development of a standard treatment protocol.Entities:
