Abstract
A patient is described who developed a rapid onset of pulmonary fibrosis following treatment with a new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, nabumetone. Resolution of symptoms, physical signs and radiographic changes followed drug withdrawal and steroid therapy.Entities:
