Abstract
T cells clearly help B cells to produce antibodies and acquire memory. Recently, B cells were found to support some T-cell responses through antigen presentation, and perhaps more importantly, through the generation of diverse T cells and lymphoid organogenesis. These new findings show that the development and function of T cells depend on B cells independently of specific antibody production.Mesh:
