Abstract
A free radical forearm flap was salvaged from a nonreplantable amputated extremity and banked on the ipsilateral chest wall. Later, the flap was simply rotated to provide coverage of the proximal humeral stump, eliminating the need for a second microvascular procedure.Mesh：
