Abstract
The typical radiographic manifestation of bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) is bilateral patchy airspace opacities. We present a case of a 52-year-old man with unusual radiographic manifestation of BOOP-diffuse nodularity. We present the x-ray and computed tomography figures with pathologic findings of this case to stress the notion that BOOP should not be omitted by the differential-diagnosis of patients presenting with diffuse nodular pattern on chest imaging.Entities:
