Abstract
We present the case of an 11-year-old girl with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia who presented with recurrent macroscopic hematuria secondary to bladder vascular abnormalities. This case illustrates the importance of taking a detailed clinical and family history and cystoscopic examination at the time of active hematuria in cases where recurrent hematuria persists and no other cause is identified.Entities:
