Abstract
Arterial aneurysms are a relative contraindication for systemic thrombolytic therapy due to the risk of rupture. This case report describes rupture of a rare profunda artery aneurysm (PFAA) following systemic thrombolysis for myocardial infarction. Subsequent imaging and endovascular management of this rare complication is presented with a brief discussion.Entities:
