Abstract
We present a case of liposarcoma in a 37-year-old female with a chronic history of nasal stuffiness. MR imaging revealed a fatty lesion in the nasopharynx. Subsequent tissue sampling and histopathology demonstrated features consistent with a liposarcoma.Entities:
