Abstract
The case of a patient with a lingual bone defect of the mandible accompanied by spontaneous pain is described. This report presents the development of the lesion, and its disappearance 26 months after removal of the submandibular gland. Pain was relieved after the operation. We regard the development of this lesion related to the pressure exerted by the submandibular gland on the corical bone.Entities:
