Abstract
We report a 42-y-old female with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) who presented with scrub typhus for a duration of 2 weeks. Subsequently, ascending paralysis and facial diplegia developed. GBS was confirmed with nerve conduction studies and cerebrospinal fluid examinations. After administration of intravenous immunoglobulin, symptoms gradually disappeared.Entities:
