Abstract
Since the introduction of infliximab to treat Crohn's disease, combination therapy with immunosuppressants has reduced immunogenicity, without impacting efficacy. The availability of novel anti-TNF agents and potential combined toxicities question the risk/benefit of combination therapies.Entities:
